Outline of Research at the Start	動物性油脂の多量摂取は肥満および生活習慣病リスクを高めるだけでなく、腸管免疫系を担う主要抗体であるIgAと腸内細菌の関係性を変化させることが近年観察されている。本研究では、動物性油脂を多量摂取した際に大腸内に流入する長鎖飽和脂肪酸がIgAと腸内細菌の結合に対してどのように作用しているかを検証し、動物性油脂の多量摂取にともなう肥満病態の形成機序の一端を明らかにすることを目的とする。
