KeywordsBrown carbon aerosol / Light absorption / Organic component / Source apportionment
Outline of Research at the Start

Based on observations at Fukue Island, western Japan, temporal variations of brown carbon aerosols for the chemical composition and light absorption properties will be unraveled. Using transport models and satellite data, where and what sectors BrC aerosols are emitted from will be elucidated.
