Outline of Research at the Start	本研究の目的は、観光従事者における観光客への知覚、並びに当該従事者の居住地域での観光振興へのサポート意図に繋がる要因を明らかにすることである。当該目的を達成するために、本研究では定量・定性、双方から分析する。具体的には先行研究レビューと定性調査をもとに分析モデルを構築し、その上で定量分析を実施する。地域の観光振興に対するサポート意図に関してこれまで行われていた地域住民視点の先行研究と異なり、本研究では、観光従事者が所属先で観光客と接する際に知覚する「従業員視点」と、地域の観光開発に対するサポート意図といった「地域住民視点」、これらの視座を導入していることが独自性、創造性であると考えられる。
