Outline of Research at the Start	非小細胞性肺癌に大変有効な薬剤は種々あるが、多くの患者が治療抵抗性を起こし再発に転じる。一方、末梢血循環癌細胞検査は低侵襲な液体生検の一つとして重要視されているが、同定率が安定しないことが問題となっている。本研究では高感度な末梢血循環癌細胞の同定法の開発および薬剤耐性に関わるマーカーの同定を行い、非小細胞性肺癌の薬剤耐性獲得ポイントの早期判定を行うことを目的とする。本研究は非小細胞性肺癌に対する適切な薬剤選択に寄与し、結果として患者負担の軽減および医療経済に大きく貢献すると考える。
