Outline of Research at the Start	本研究の目的は視覚障害者の安全な踏切横断を実現する触覚誘導表示の設置方法と新規開発である．これを達成するために以下の2つの研究テーマに取り組む． ①エスコートゾーンと点字ブロックの触弁別特性を明らかにする．さらに両者を弁別しやすい設置方法を明らかにする．②踏切横断のための触覚誘導表示に関する調査・新規開発・実証評価を行う．視覚障害者だけでなく車いす利用者等の移動公平性も満たす新しい触覚誘導表示を開発し，その有効性を実証することを目指す．
