Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では1~2個程度の小型，軽量なセンサを用いた歩行計測により幼児における歩行の発達過程を考慮した歩容異常検出のための評価指標を獲得する．計測においては，戦隊ヒーローの装具を模擬した計測用スーツを製作してセンサを内蔵するなど，幼児の違和感・恐怖感を軽減する．学術的独自性としては，身体に装着したセンサの姿勢を逐次推定することにより，計測対象者間に共通の座標系へ変換した加速度・角速度を用いて，臨床的解釈に結びつけることが容易な歩行評価指標の確立を目指す．本研究成果は，視診・触診のみでは見落しの可能性がある歩容異常を検出し，背景にある疾患の早期発見に貢献する．
