Outline of Research at the Start	本研究は、データを用いて保育士の労働市場における特徴を解明することを目的とする。少子高齢化社会において、親の人的資本の活用と子どもへの人的資本投資の観点から保育政策の関心が高まってきた。より効果的な保育政策の実施には、研究蓄積の少ない保育士の労働市場に関する知見が必要である。そこで本研究では、政府統計を組み合わせることで保育施設の情報と労働者の賃金の情報を備えた独自のデータセットを構築する。構築したデータと、規制緩和や法改正を自然実験とみなした分析により、保育所の賃金決定要因、賃金の調整メカニズムや保育士として働く人の特徴などを実証的に明らかにする。
