Outline of Research at the Start	本研究は介護終了者と就労支援というキーワードを結びつけて考察する初めての研究である。研究の目的は、介護終了者の就労を保障するために必要な支援策を提案することである。介護終了者の就労支援のために、介護者が介護終了後の就労についてどのようなニーズを持っているのか、介護終了者がどのような場でどのような就労をしているのか、その実態を混合研究法を用いて明らかにする。また「就労＝企業での雇用」という枠組みを取り払い市民活動も含めて様々な形で介護終了者が労働市場に参加できるような仕組みを提案する。高年齢者の多い介護終了者に焦点を当てることで労働力人口減少への対処や介護予防の観点からも学術的独自性がある。
