Outline of Research at the Start	近年、日本の職域では従業員の健康に影響する因子としてプレゼンティーズムが注目され、プレゼンティーズムは重要な健康課題・経営課題となっている。特に日本は、疾患は抱えていないが健康リスクを有するハイリスク従業員が増加しているため、二次予防を目的としたプレゼンティーズム対策は急務だが有効性が示されたプレゼンティーズム改善プログラムが無い。そのため、本研究では、「海外で開発され効果が実証された、食生活改善プログラムの日本版」「ヘルスリテラシー教育」及び「職業性ストレス改善プログラム」から構成するハイリスク従業員向けのプレゼンティーズム改善プログラムを構築し、介入研究を実施して有効性を検証する。
