Outline of Research at the Start

Allergin-1 is an inhibitory immunoreceptor and inhibits IgE-FcεRI-mediated signaling in mast cells to suppress type 1 allergic reactions. This study identified a candidate molecule for Allergin-1 ligand, and aims to clarify this molecule's role as a functional ligand.
