Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は上皮内癌の周囲実質を萎縮度で細分化し、各段階で見られる免疫担当細胞の分布、遺伝子発現を把握し、上皮内癌における特異的な遺伝子発現と上皮内癌状態における膵腺房変化の機序の解明である。nCounter法を用いた免疫担当細胞の発現解析で萎縮各段階に特異的な候補因子を絞り、GeoMxを用いた空間プロファイリング解析で、上皮内癌と周囲組織との間の関連を解析する。蛍光多重免疫染色、定量PCR法で検証する。本研究により上皮内癌の微小環境の形成機転を明らかにし、早期膵癌診断のバイオマーカーの獲得の礎となることを目指す。
