Outline of Research at the Start	本研究は、がん遺伝子KRASの増幅した胃癌においてRTK-RAS-MAPK経路のフィードバック経路の詳細な作用機序を解明し、KRAS増幅胃癌の新規の治療標的分子を同定することを目的とする。KRAS遺伝子は全癌腫で2番目に異常頻度の高いがん原遺伝子で胃癌の7%に増幅を認める（TCGA）が、これまで胃癌領域でKRASの活性化を標的とした分子標的治療は成功していない。MAPK経路シグナルを様々に調節した状態で遺伝子・蛋白発現解析を行ってKRAS-RTK-MAPK経路のフィードバック経路の機序を明らかにする。
