Outline of Research at the Start

Targeting TADCs may provide effective immunotherapy for cancer.PS can enhance the recognition, processing and antigen presentation of DC. We will focus on how to improve the efficacy of the TADCs anti-tumor therapy with the phospholipids treatment and their synergistic effects mechanism.

Outline of Annual Research Achievements

1,Administering phospholipids significantly inhibited tumor growth in B6 mice with established subcutaneous B16F10 tumors and in BalB/c mice with established subcutaneous C26 tumors. 2,Our research revealed that phospholipids markedly boost the expression of CD86 and MHCII,and the cytokine secretion . 3,TADCs expression Tim-4

Current Status of Research Progress
Current Status of Research Progress

2: Research has progressed on the whole more than it was originally planned.

Reason

1, We cirform the anti-tumor effect of Phospholipids in different tumor model.
2, We cirform the phospholipids enhance TADCs anti-tumor effect in vivo and in vitro
3, We cirform the mechanism for phospholipids promoting TADCs anti-tumor effect

Strategy for Future Research Activity

Next, we will use the exploration of mechanisms as our research.
