Outline of Research at the Start

パーキンソン病患者の40％にはアパシー（意欲障害）がみられる[den Brok et al., 2015]。これまでのパーキンソン病患者の意欲障害に関する研究では、運動機能の障害についてよく調べられてきた。しかし、アパシーを伴うパーキンソン病患者の一部では、「認知的アパシー」と呼ばれる、運動機能への意欲とは異なり、かつ、認知機能障害と区別された、認知機能に特化した意欲障害が報告されている[Levy and Dubois, 2006; Pagonabarraga et al., 2015]。本研究では、パーキンソン病患者の認知的な負荷に基づく意思決定の機構を調べることで、病態解明を目指す。
