Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、SRIないしSRIとERPの併用療法で治療さ れてもOCDが寛解に至っていないASDとADHDのいずれかないし両方を合併したOCD患者を対象 として発達障害合併OCD患者用認知行動療法プログラム(全12回)での治療を行い、有効性を検証する。加えて治療前後で神経心理課題と脳MRI画像検査を行い、発達障害合併OCD患者の病態解明と治療効果メカニズムの解明を行う。

Outline of Annual Research Achievements

発達障害合併強迫症患者の治療法開発においては。自閉スペクトラム症特性の評価のためにADOS-2を実施する。ADOS-2を研究で実施するため、検査者2名の要請を行っている。
強迫症、うつ病、不安症の患者を対象にしたオンライン診療と対面診療の多施設共同ランダム化比較試験に取り組み、オンライン診療の対面診療に対する有効性・安全性の非劣性を証明する結果を得られた。
また、国際共同研究で脳画像解析を行い論文を出版し、日本語の総説も執筆した。

Reason

ADOS-2を研究で実施するため、検査者2名の要請を行っている。臨床用研修と研究用研修は修了しているが、その後の実際の検査場面の評価が遅れており、研究で実施するための資格取得に時間を要している。

Strategy for Future Research Activity

ADOS-2検査者のトレーニングを続けて研究で実施するための資格取得を目指す。
