Outline of Research at the Start	解析1　重粒子線治療後の各種免疫チェックポイント因子の発現の評価重粒子線治療によりPD-L1発現が上昇することが再現されるか検証する。また、重粒子線治療後の発現について未報告なCTLA-4やLAG-3などの免疫チェックポイント因子の発現量変化を明らかにする。解析2　 PD-L1のDNA損傷修復経路による発現メカニズムが重粒子線治療後に再現されるかの検討重粒子線治療によりPD-L1発現が上昇することの再現が取れた後、治療前のNHEJ関連因子の発現との相関を解析し、前述のPD-L1のDNA損傷修復経路による発現メカニズムが再現されるかどうかを明らかにする。
