Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では2つのDL技術を用いて頭部単純CTから頭蓋内血管の抽出を行うことを試みる．
U-Netを用いた検証では頭部CTAによる造影血管を教師画像とし，同一データからDECTで作成したVNC頭部CT画像から血管を抽出する精度を検証する．GANの検証では生成画像である仮想非造影画像からの抽出血管を正解画像の頭部CTAによる造影血管へ近づけ，血管を抽出する精度を検証する．
頭部単純CTはdual energy CT技術の物質弁別機能による仮想非造影画像を用いる．これによってCTAデータから位置ずれが無い非造影・造影CT画像を取得できるため，DL技術の血管領域の抽出にも高い精度が期待できる．
