| Outline of Research at the Start |
当院の過去の心房細動（AF）例の画像データを含む心エコーデータを用いて、データベースを作成し、予後調査を行う。これらの結果から人工知能モデルの構築・解析を行い、後ろ向きに心血管イベントアウトカムの予測因子を検出する。次に、AF例心エコーデータの前向き集積：前向きに1000例のAF患者のデータを集積し、その予後調査も並行して行い、前向きに心血管イベントアウトカムの予測因子を同定する。最終的に、AF例心エコー所見によるイベント予測アルゴリズムを用いてAF患者に早期介入を行い、その心血管イベントの予防・予後改善に効果を発揮できるかを検証する。
