Outline of Research at the Start

本研究ではJROAD-DPCデータベースを用いて新型コロナウイルス感染症の流行前後での急性心筋梗塞およびMINOCAの頻度、患者背景、院内予後といった疾患のリスクや診療実態の変化を明らかにする。そして施設あたりの循環器学会専門医数および都道府県毎の循環器学会専門医施設による病院密度で層別化した急性心筋梗塞の院内予後の変化を明らかにすることで、新型コロナウイルス感染症が地域医療に及ぼした影響を推定する。さらに急性心筋梗塞に加えて対象疾患を急性大動脈解離、急性心不全にも拡げ、循環器救急疾患の診療全体への影響を定量化することで、今後の循環器救急疾患における医療資源の分配に関するエビデンスを創出する。
