Outline of Research at the Start	音声障害患者に対するリハビリテーションを音声治療とよぶ。従来の音声治療（以下、従来型音声治療）は、患者に週1回の頻度でおよそ2～3ヶ月通院してもらい、1回につき30分～60分で実施される。従来型音声治療では、治療効果を得るまでに時間を要する点が問題となり、訓練期間が長期化すると治療経過中にドロップアウトしてしまう患者も少なくない。本研究では、国内では報告がない集中型音声治療（2週間で8回の訓練頻度　30～60分/回）を用いる。また、集中型音声治療をさらに発展させたリモート型の集中型音声治療プログラムを作成し、従来型音声治療、集中型音声治療（対面型）、集中型音声治療（リモート型）を比較する。
