Outline of Research at the Start

代表的な免疫不全患者であり、耐性菌感染症のリスクが高い固形臓器移植後患者では、抗菌薬適正使用を進めるための基礎となる疫学、測定すべき指標、介入ターゲット、医師の処方行動に影響を与える因子など固有のデータが乏しい。本研究では、固形臓器移植後患者での耐性菌と抗菌薬使用の疫学の検討、菌血症を発症した患者での抗菌薬使用の適切性の評価、固形臓器移植後患者担当医の抗菌薬適正使用に関する知識・認識・態度の検討、および大規模データベースを用いた固形臓器移植後患者の抗菌薬使用の疫学の検討を行う。
