Outline of Research at the Start	「重症外傷患者に対して早期に少量のノルアドレナリンを投与することで生命転帰が改善する」という仮説を検討するランダム化比較試験である。本仮説が証明されれば外傷診療・治療の核心部分に新たに強力なエビデンスが加わることとなり、重症外傷患者の予後を改善する可能性がある
Outline of Annual Research Achievements	外傷患者に対する国内RCTを予定している。昇圧剤の使用法、患者同意取得の方法、データ収拾の方法、他統一した治療法の確立など、研究デザインのブラッシュアップをまず行い、主施設の倫理審査を通過し、現在EDC確定に向け準備中の段階である。参加施設も順調に集まってきており、2024年度内の開始を見込んでいる。同時にプロトコール論文も並行収筆中。
