Outline of Research at the Start

急性期脳卒中患者への看護ケアは、脳卒中再発・合併症を防ぎ、予後とActivity of Daily Living (ADL)を改善する。米国では脳卒中看護ケアガイドラインが発刊されており、エビデンスレベルと推奨グレード付きで標準的な看護ケアの指針が提案されている。しかし、日本の脳卒中ガイドラインでは、提案されている看護ケアの指針は少なく、脳卒中患者に対する看護ケアの学術エビデンスが不足している状況である。
本研究はし、どの看護ケア実施項目が急性期脳卒中患者の臨床転帰(生命予後、退院時ADL、脳卒中再発等)を改善するかを、日本全国規模のDPCデータベースと電子カルテ情報を用いて実施する。
