Outline of Research at the Start	外来化学療法を受ける患者は、治療の副作用が出現するなか日常生活を送っている。患者に子どもがある場合、副作用症状が母親役割遂行に影響を及ぼすことになる。役割遂行は治療による身体症状だけでなく精神的健康の影響が大きく、その精神的健康にはソーシャルサポートが影響しているが、これは母親役割に特化したものではない。そこで、社会的役割の1つである母親役割の達成感を明らかにするために「外来化学療法を受ける患者の母親役割達成感」に関する質問紙を作成した。本研究では、外来化学療法を受ける患者の母親役割達成感とQOLの関係、母親役割達成感とソーシャルサポート、精神的健康度の関係を明らかに、看護支援を検討していく。
