Outline of Research at the Start

精神障害者の地域移行が進む中で，新たに生じている課題に精神障害者の地域定着がある．精神障害者の地域生活を支えるアウトリーチサービスの一つである精神科訪問看護はその充実が求められている．しかし，地域生活支援の場において，単に疾患の改善のみならず，自分らしい人生の回復（パーソナルリカバリー）に根ざし，サービスの受け手である精神障害当事者が抱く支援者へのニーズも反映した教育ツールは未整備である．本研究の目的は，本ラダーの支援者への教育効果の検証を通じて，効果的な教育ツールの運用を実現させることである．本研究によって，パーソナルリカバリーの促進を通じた，地域定着支援の拡充が期待できる．
