Outline of Research at the Start	炎症性腸疾患(IBD)に対する食事の影響についての臨床研究は多く行われているが、ほとんどの研究はIBDの発症予防または活動期に関する研究である。本研究では、IBD寛解期に焦点を当て、IBD寛解期を維持に寄与する食品・栄養素を明らかにすることを目指す。
