Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、転位周囲の微小な格子歪みによるX線回折の乱れを利用して転位の二次元(2D)分布をイメージングする放射光X線トポグラフィー（XRT）をベースとし、下記3つのコア技術を確立することで、転位の動的な挙動を5Dで観察する方法を構築する。
（１）2D→3D：転位を3D可視化するためのXRT光学系の構築。
（２）3D→4D：高速撮影システムの構築。
（３）4D→5D：電圧電流印加回路の設計。
上記の技術開発により、従来の2DのXRT観察法を5Dまで発展させ、実動作中のデバイスにおける転位の動的な挙動を観察する。
