Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、これまで存在しなかった、MRI内で高速かつ複雑な手指運動を被験者に体験させることのできる手指介入ハプティックロボットを開発し、これによる受動運動訓練が、従来型の運動観察訓練よりも優れていることを証明し、脳内での関与が想定されるハプティックミラーシステムを利用した運動学習促進メカニズムを機能的MRIで解明する。これにより、視覚に大きく依存した従来の運動学習法から、直接自分の身体を通して体験した運動で誘導する新しい運動学習法へのパラダイムシフトを生み、視覚情報や言語情報では伝達が難しい、他者の力覚情報などを直接学習者の脳に体験させて行う未来型トレーニング法への発展を目指す。
