Outline of Research at the Start

本研究課題では、オルタナティブデータから学校教員の長時間労働を把握する新たな指標を提案し、その指標を用い、教員の長時間労働が生徒に与える影響と、どのマネジメント施策が長時間労働解消に有効かを明らかにする。具体的には、位置情報や衛星画像などのオルタナティブデータを活用し指標を作成し、作成した指標と労働時間を把握できる公的統計と比較する。作成した指標を用い、学校教員の長時間労働と生徒児童のテストスコア、カリキュラムマネジメント、ICT利用、情報公開の程度など学校長や学校の方針と比較する。本研究課題で提案する指標が利用可能となれば、研究及び実務的な波及性が考えられる。
