Outline of Research at the Start

現代日本における多文化保育の理想は、「外国人幼児に対して日本の文化に適応させる保育ではなく、多様性を育むことを大切にする保育」と認識され、就学前教育・保育の指針である「保育所保育指針」「幼稚園教育要領」「認定こども園教育・保育要領」でも、多文化保育を推進するために保育者は子どものもつ文化的背景を理解することが重要であると提唱されている。本研究は、幼児アニメとエスノメソッドを活用した保育者のための研修教材を開発し、保育者の多文化理解を促すことを目的とする。
