Outline of Research at the Start	細胞では、生命活動に必要な代謝反応が高効率に進行する。細胞を構成する複数分子の一斉分析技術は、生命科学分野の基礎理解と応用の両面で重要である。質量分析イメージング法は、試料中の化学成分の分布を可視化できる特徴を有するが、空間分解能が低いことが課題である。本研究では、研究代表者がこれまでに開発してきた、走査型プローブエレクトロスプレーイオン化法を高度化し、フェムトリットルの溶媒を用いた抽出―イオン化法を開発する。微小液体の動的変化を物理化学的に理解し、制御することで、１細胞の成分分布を高精細に可視化することを目指す。
