Outline of Research at the Start

主に自己免疫疾患（IgG4関連疾患、シェーグレン症候群）や悪性腫瘍（口腔扁平上皮癌）において産生される抗体の抗原を検索し、病態の理解と治療への応用に繋げる。組織標本を用いてB細胞を抽出し、B細胞受容体（BCR）配列を解析、その配列を参考にリコンビナント抗体を作成して抗原検索を行う。もしくは組織標本より直接抗体を抽出し、抗原検索を行う方法も考慮している。本研究により各々の疾患の病態理解を進展させると共に、それらを標的とした治療応用へと繋げる。
