Outline of Research at the Start |
Using data on ESG and organizational performance of Japanese and Malaysian organizations for 2020-2021, the main objectives of this study are: 1. to examine the effect of ESG affect organizational performance 2. to determine if governance practices affect green (environmental) and human capital (social) practices 3. to verify if green (environmental) and human capital (social) practices mediate the relationship between governance practices and organizational performance This study will do a comparative analysis between Japan and Malaysia using data from public listed companies in both countries.
