| Outline of Research at the Start |
本研究では、「日本の校内授業研究の持続性」について問うことを軸に、校内授業研究において研究推進組織が如何に機能しているのかを実践の様相や用いられるツールに着目し明らかにすることを目的とする。そのために、a) 校内授業研究における研究推進組織と教師の学習との関係の検討、b) 研究推進組織の談話マネジメントと c) その過程で協働的にどのような知が生み出されているのかの検討、d) 研究推進組織の教師が直面している困難とそれへのアプローチの検討を行う。その上で、日本の校内授業研究において研究推進組織が如何に機能しているのかについての考察を深め、日本の校内授業研究の持続性につながる知見を創出する。

| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
This study aims to generate insights that will lead to questions about the sustainability of Lesson Study in Japan, focusing on examining how research team function in Lesson Study. The results were used to support school reform and professional development programs, and were published as scholarly articles in the Bulletin of the Faculty of Education, Niigata University (one article) and in an international peer-reviewed academic journal (one article).

| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
日本の校内授業研究は、2000年代以降世界的に注目を集め世界的に普及した。しかし、日本の授業研究をモデルに実践を行っても持続的にその展開を進めることに課題を抱えていた。そうした状況において、本研究では、どのような場においてどのようなリーダーシップを発揮することが教師の学習に効果的であるのかや、授業研究の多層性に着目した支援の在り方を問い校内授業研究の持続性につながる知見を提示した。こうした教師のリーダーシップと学習との関係や授業研究の多層性に着目した研究はこれまでに行われていなかった。また、教師の学習をどのように促すことができるのかを示す本研究の知見は国内外の実践において意義のあるものである。
