Outline of Research at the Start	がんの子どもや家族との疾患に関するコミュニケーションは、がんが生命を脅かす病である故に、医療従事者にとって困難な課題の一つである。コミュニケーションが阻害される要因の一つに医療従事者のスキルやトレーニング不足が指摘されている。そこで、本研究は、がんの子どもと家族、医療従事者のがんに関するコミュニケーションの実態を調査することと、医療従事者向けのコミュニケーションに関する教育プログラムを開発し、その実行可能性を評価する。
