Outline of Research at the Start	50例以上の膵腫瘍オルガノイドから構成されるライブラリの作成に成功しており、今後はこのライブラリを活用し、膵癌の悪性化因子、転移関連因子を同定することで、膵癌の新規治療法の確立に寄与することを目指す。網羅的な遺伝子変異解析、遺伝子発現解析といった遺伝情報を包括的に収集することを基盤とし、転写因子あるいはキナーゼを標的としたＣＲＩＳＰＲライブラリを利用することで治療候補を獲得し、腫瘍形成能や転移能を評価していく。
