Outline of Research at the Start

低炭素モビリティへの移行は未来社会をデザインするキーファクターである．その筆頭格である電気自動車（ＥＶ）普及の鍵を握るのが，電力供給のためのインフラ整備である．充電に時間を要するスタンド充電方式のみで，ＥＶインフラの中長期展望を描くことには疑問が残る．そこで本研究では複数インフラ形態のベストミックスを前提とし，定量的根拠に基づく低炭素モビリティの時空間ビジョンを描き出すための数理的解析を行う．ＥＶ普及とインフラ整備とが好循環し合うダイナミクスの数理まで昇華させ，低炭素モビリティの持続可能な時空間ビジョンを提示する．

Outline of Annual Research Achievements

本研究では複数インフラ形態の数理最適配置による低炭素モビリティの時空間ビジョンを描き出すべく，静的⇔動的という時間スケールの差異，近隣需要⇔広域需要という空間スケールの差異の双方を明示的に導入した議論へ展開することを試みた．具体的には，数理最適化手法に基づき，いつ・どこへ・どのインフラを整備するか，その意思決定モデルの構築と実分析への応用を試みた．これは，敷設タイミングを時間軸上における最適配置と見做せば，時空間領域に対する複数ＥＶインフラ形態の最適配置と同義である．そのための着眼点として，A) 数理最適化モデルの構築と，B) 実データに基づく具体的検証を設定した．
A) これまで数理最適化モデルの観点から，広域需要として，高速道路を用いるような移動，近隣需要として加減速を伴うような市街地レベルの移動に焦点を当てた複数インフラの最適配置モデルを構築してきた．本年度は，当該モデル群を，様々にＥＶ普及率を変化させながら，その最適解を求解し，設置個所とタイミングの特徴を探った．B) その上で，実データに基づく具体的検証も行うべく，提案モデルを大規模地理情報データに基づき検証した．様々なＥＶ普及率の想定で連続的に求解することによって，最適なインフラ設置タイミングを精緻に検証した．具体的には，ＥＶ普及の将来シナリオを確率的に複数想定し，社会便益を最大化する最適タイミングを追求した．ＥＶの優位性は，車両価格や維持費用といった経済性と実際の移動における利便性によって決定されるので，このような経済合理性の観点からの議論が，ＥＶ普及における最重要ポイントと考えている．その意味において，ＥＶ搭載バッテリー量・スタンド充電・ワイヤレス給電との社会最適な投資バランスへと議論を展開できるため，このような分析は有益と考える．
