広範な生物応答を指標に、多種多様な微量汚染物質を高感度検出する多種類のバイオアッセイ酵母と簡便な環境試料前処理法を開発し、酵母と最適な前処理法を組み合わせた簡便汚染検出トータルパッケージを作製する。
