Outline of Research at the Start

本研究の期間全体では、複数年間で看護師のワークエンゲイジメントを含む就業に関する心理社会的要素を調査している。IDの対応をつけることで追跡調査が可能なデザインとしており、ある時点のワークエンゲイジメントがその後のワークエンゲイジメントの得点や就業継続の意思、実際の就業状況への影響を与えるかを研究する。

Outline of Annual Research Achievements

本研究は、東日本の３県で働く看護職者を対象に、ワークエンゲイジメントと関連要因、特に組織要因を縦断的に調査するものである。東日本の3県にある医療機関及び訪問看護ステーションの全てに対して調査を依頼し、承諾を得られた機関に質問紙調査を行った。看護職員4469名、管理職者289名に対して調査の依頼を行い、看護職員596名（回答率13.3％）、管理職者100名（回答率34.6％）から回答を得た。
本研究で調査した項目は、日本語版Utrecht Work Engagement Scale（UWES）短縮版によるワークエンゲイジメント、WHO-5による精神健康度、管理職者がおこなう職場内のマネジメント行動に関する評価、年齢や所属部署などの属性、Gritなどである。なお、前年度に回答を得た1035名のWHO-5 、UWESの平均値はそれぞれ10.75と2.67であり、このうち病院勤務者は874名で平均がUWES-Jの平均（標準偏差）が2.58（1.07）、WHO-5は10.44(5.22）であったことから、これらのデータのうち、比較可能なデータを比較する。
また、本研究の発展可能性について学内外の研究者とコミュニケーションをとりあい、Gritに近い概念である自己効力感との関連をレビューしている。自己効力感とワークエンゲイジメントの関連を調査した研究は過去5年間でおよそ30あり、その研究の分布は東アジア、中央および南アジア、中東、北アフリカなどにも広がりがみられている。いくつかの研究では、管理職者によるマネジメントとの関係を調査している研究があるため、質問項目や分析方法を整理し、メタ解析の可能性について検討を行っている。
