Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、介護が必要な高齢者家族の日常的な側面をを重点的に捉え、介護状況に限定せずに、家族介護者の身体活動・睡眠などを日常的に計測することで、これらの情報を基本にした介護状況と生活の自己定量化によるテーラーメイドの支援プログラムを構築することを目的にしている。さらには家族介護者への新たな支援プログラムとして、本プログラムの多面的な実現可能性を検討する予定である。
