ハロミックスPAHsの生体内蓄積能ならびに毒性影響を評価する。

Outline of Annual Research Achievements

前年度に実施したハロミックスPAHsのノンターゲット分析から3環系PAHsのハロミックスの存在が確認されたため、本年度はアントラセンを母核としたハロミックスの合成を行い、標準物質と使用できる純度まで精製を行った。さらに、ハロミックスPAHsの環境動態解析として、本年度はCl/Br-pyreneの光安定性試験を実施した。光分解試験は反応性の低いシクロヘキサンを溶媒に選択し、太陽光に近い連続スペクトルを放出するキセノンランプを光源に用いることにより光分解反応、光分解生成物の比較を行った。その結果、Cl/Br-Pyをはじめとするpyrene誘導体物質の光分解反応は一次反応速度式に従い進行することが明らかとなった。Cl/Br-Pyの光分解速度定数は0.162と算出され、親PAHであるPyと比較して約3倍高い光分解速度であった。また、この実験で新たにCl2PyおよびBr2Pyの光分解による速度論解析の結果が示されたことから、臭素化pyreneは塩素化pyreneと比較すると、迅速に光分解が進行することが示された。つまり、臭素化pyreneの光安定性は相対的に低いことが分かる。さらに、各pyrene誘導体の光分解生成物について同定を行ったところ、Pyは溶存酸素による酸化を伴う光分解が進行することが示唆された。また、ClPyおよびBrPyの光分解生成物として、いずれも母核であるPyが確認された。一方、分解物中のPyの割合から、ClPyにおける主反応は脱塩素反応ではないことが示唆され、一方でBrPyにおける主反応は脱臭素反応であることが示唆された。

本研究課題は次年度が最終年度であるため、ハロミックスPAHsの毒性評価を実施し、環境濃度と相対毒性強度からハロミックスPAHsの暴露リスクを試算する。
