Outline of Research at the Start

マッチング市場は、保育園入園、小中高入試、大学入試、研究室配属、就職、結婚、介護施設選択などがある。市場の制度はさまざまあるが、主に、参加者の情報を収集するような集権的市場、そしてそのような収集をしない分権的市場があり、混在している。本研究では、集権的市場と分権的市場を分ける境界を明らかにする。まず、理論モデルを構築・分析し、その結果をシミュレーションや経済実験で検証する。

Outline of Annual Research Achievements

マッチング市場において(分権的あるいは集権的)メカニズムを運営する経済主体を明示的に考慮した理論モデルを構築した。分権的メカニズムと集権的メカニズムの総余剰を比較し、集権的総余剰が分権的総余剰を上回る必要条件を昨年度求めた。今年度は十分条件を求めるためにシミュレーションを行い、その条件が何かについて考察した。

また、金銭授受が無い場合の非分割財配分問題について、各財が持つ優先順序が不完備な場合、そして各財の定員が調整可能な場合のそれぞれについ て、望ましい集権的メカニズムについてシミュレーションを実施した。

さらに、分権的市場で利潤を最大化する企業が労働者をローテーション（総合職）かスペシャライゼーション（専門職）のどちらを選ぶかについて必要十分条件を特定化して、その成果は査読付き学術雑誌に掲載された。

集権的メカニズムと分権的メカニズムの比較について必要条件は求めたが、十分条件が何かについて遅れており、シミュレーションを行いながら検討中である。また、現実的制約下での望ましい集権的メカニズムについては順調に査読プロセスで改訂中である。

Strategy for Future Research Activity

集権的メカニズムと分権的メカニズムの比較について必要条件は求めたが、十分条件が何かについて、さまざまな設定の下でさらなるシミュレーションを実施する予定である。また、現実的制約下での望ましい集権的メカニズムについては順調に査読プロセスで改訂する予定である。
