Outline of Research at the Start

本研究の概要は、企業の国際化が進む中で、様々なステークホルダーとの関係が増える日本企業が、どのように企業統治のメカニズムを変化させてきたのか？、そしてその結果として、従来型の企業統治を改善することができたか？といった点についての問いを明らかにするための実証研究を行うことを目的としている。企業統治の国際化の過程においては、従来型の銀行中心型の企業統治メカニズムに加えた様々な変化が起こっているものの、必ずしもその実体は明らかではない。その意味で、今後の企業統治のあり方に対するインプリケーションを得ることが本研究の狙いとなる。
