Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、介護サービス利用者と公的介護制度の狭間において、多様な要因の影響を受けながら裁量的判断を行う介護専門職の介護サービス提供プロセスを多面的に明らかにしようとする国際比較研究である。ケアの専門職の実践を、質的調査法によって調査・分析することにより、公的政策と利用者をつなぐ「境界関係」に働く動的なメカニズムを詳細に解明し、それが各国の介護の構造的・文化的要因から／にどのようなインパクトを受ける／与えるのかを明らかにすることを目指す。
