Outline of Research at the Start	外国人介護人材への支援策の中核的なものの1つとして教育現場に新たに導入が期待されているVRを、介護福祉領域に挑戦的に導入し、その教育効果の有効性を検証することが、本研究の研究課題の核心をなす学術的問いである。我が国における喫緊の問題である介護人材不足の問題解決に向け、高い質の介護技術を提供する外国人介護人材の育成を目指し、効率的かつ効果的な教育のひとつとして、VRの教育効果を介護福祉士教育領域に取り入れ、その有効性の射程を明らかにしたい。その回答を今回得ようとするものである。
