Outline of Research at the Start

政策評価の視点では、児童相談所など児童に関わる機関の評価において、他国では評価と改善はセットになっており、第三者評価が重要視されている。今後わが国の児童福祉行政の更なる向上を図るためには、各国の知見を参考にわが国で適用可能な評価システムを作り上げ、評価と改善を両輪として制度を改革していく必要があると思われる。よって本研究の目的は、評価の標準化と改善度まで考慮した「児童相談所の第三者評価システム」を確立し、評価と改善の全国標準化による政策の底上げを図ることである。
