Outline of Research at the Start

日本ではグローバル化の進展に伴い，学校教育において外国人児童生徒等が今後一層増加することが予想される。そうした中で体育科・保健体育科教育でも，体育および保健の学習の特質を生かしながら，インクルーシブ教育の視点からの学習指導の改善，充実が強く求められている。
本研究では，まず，日本語を母語としない外国人児童生徒等に対する指導において教師が抱える課題を明らかにする。そして，体育および保健のインクルーシブ教育のために教師が必要となる知識およびスキルを高めるためのオンラインPD（プロフェッショナル・デベロップメント）を開発し，その有効性を検証する。
