Outline of Research at the Start

研究開始時においては、日本国内において先行研究の収集,整理を行い,幼児・児童の学び,遊びに関する研究を精査しながら、分担研究者とともに、複数国におけるデータ収集のための理論的枠組み・分析的枠組みを決定する。その後、各フィールド国(ザンビア・)でデータ収集を実施し、データを分析する。成果を国内外の学会にて発表し、論文執筆を行う。

Outline of Annual Research Achievements

研究課題は次の4つ設定している。(1)学校内での集団における学びの様相を明らかにする.(2)学校外でのインフォーマルな集団的遊び・学びの様相を明らかにする.(3)(1),(2)の学びの学校内外・4カ国間の比較検討を行う.(4)現地の教育関係者との協議より教授的取り組み・環境構成等を提案する.これらの設定した研究目的のうち、(1), (2)学校内外における遊びの様相を明らかにする、という目的に対応する形で研究活動を当該年度、実施した。具体的には、研究責任者と共同研究者(高阪氏)で、2023年9月、2024年3月にザンビアへと渡航を行い、遊びのデータを収集した。他の対象国タンザニアとケニアに関しては、タンザニアはすでに遊びのデータをいくつか収集している状況である。ケニアはまだ渡航できていない。ザンビアの渡航においては、南部州のマザブカ、チョマ、それからルサカ州のルサカの学校において複数の女児(第7-8学年)の遊びを合計30程収集することができた。また、これらの遊びの中に、音楽的な要素を含んでいるものが多かったため、音楽教育の専門家と意見交換を行い、遊びにおける音楽的な要素や身体的な要素の分類についても行うという方向性を決めることができた。データ収集と合わせて、国内においてZoomを使った会議においてもデータを見ながら具体的な分析の方向性や解釈について議論することができた。

Strategy for Future Research Activity

2024年度にはケニアと可能であれば、あと1カ国の調査を実施したい。調査ができなかった場合には、他のアフリカ地域や国でのデータ収集も検討する。
