Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は(1)有効な物質設計指針の複合による新準結晶・近似結晶開発による電子系の長距離秩序・新奇量子状態の探索と(2)準結晶の異常金属状態(非フェルミ液体)が構造(並進対称性の違い)由来の物性なのか探究することを目的とする。準結晶の異常金属状態(非フェルミ液体)が構造(並進対称性の違い)由来の物性かどうか、素励起・ゆらぎに着目して研究を進め、最近明らかになってきた実際に有効な複数の準結晶・近似結晶の作製・探索指針に基づいて新物質開発を行い、極低温物性測定により電子系の相図を作成することにより、準結晶で未だ見つかっていない電子系の長距離秩序と新奇量子状態を探索する。
