Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、相互作用に競合が存在する磁性体、「フラストレート磁性体」に着目し、量子スピン液体に代表される非磁性状態、及び、それらに起因する相転移・伝導現象などを解明するための研究基盤を確立する。量子多体系の量子状態をテンソルのつながりで表現するテンソルネットワーク法を基盤とすることで、基底状態、励起状態、及び、有限温度状態を統一的な視点から記述し、数値計算と種々の実験との直接比較を通して、新奇物性の理解・提案につなげる。
